To strengthen the production ability,Longway invested a sand casting factory,including a disamatic line,a precision casting factory and a machining factory.Being able to realize the complete process from moudle design ,casting,forging, machining to the surface treatment.The referred craft including lost wax casting,silicasol casting,sandcasting,free forging, mould forging,common lathe machining,CNC machining and machining center machining.Monthly capacity for precision casting is 100 ton,for sand casting is 300 ton,for forging is 200 ton.Each factory has complete supporting inspection equipment,could 100% guarantee the inspection of the products.
